RSD Constructions has been engaged for this knockdown rebuild under a fixed-price contract, with the client drawn to our willingness to work side by side throughout the design and build process. As a Class 1a structure, meticulous attention will be given to every detail, ensuring both structural integrity and aesthetic excellence.

The challenging site presents unique complexities, including steep terrain, limited access, and the absence of a slip lane on the two-way road. A shared driveway further constrains logistics, while careful planning is required to integrate landscaping within a confined footprint. Realignment of essential services will add another layer of precision to the project.
