Our client approached RSD Constructions with DA plans for 6 x 2 storey townhouses. Realising that the site was being underdeveloped RSD referred the project to one of their regular architects who investigated the density which was far greater than the proposed concept and allowed an additional 4 townhouses to be added with a third storey to each. New plans are now being drawn for 10 x 3 storey townhouses.

RSD Constructions will coordinate all consultants, council approvals, construction certificate and construct the townhouses inclusive of all landscaping, driveways and frontage works providing a full turn key solution for our client, who in turn has now maximised their return on this development.
