The Revy was previously a Naval Warehouse, and is listed under state and local heritage significance LEP. RSD Constructions was commissioned to undertake renovations of a ground floor apartment including removal of the existing timber staircase and installation of a new American oak staircase with a single steel stringer and glass balustrading, new kitchen joinery, updating of bathrooms and ensuites. There is also a new steel and glass wine display, an impressive 3.0m x 4.8m high, accessed by black powder coated sliding ladder and matching black powder coated bookshelf adjacent to the wine display. All finishes have been carefully considered by the client’s architect and interior designer.
